The madness of not being able to suck on toys from China, unless of course lead is your thing. Seems like telling a child not to suck on toys is like telling a child not to breath.
I wonder what was in all those little toys that I sucked on all those many, many years ago. As adults, perhaps we have the good sense to find things of a more, if you will, organic nature to suck on. HERE, SUCK ON THIS!

The madness of the work week, a madness of time calibrated in tick tocks of schedules dictated by outside sources, their particular madness squeezing the vital fluids from an imagination, while simoultaneously creating a society where you can watch 1,000 t.v. channels while eating inferior carbohydrates.

The madness of inconsiderate, rude, disrespectful persons, specifically the ones building the house next door. This madness has been going on for nine months now. It appears to me to be symptomatic of a culture in decline, although of course this isn't the only symptom; just the one close to home (TOO CLOSE!) these days. Is this just the madness of an old fart (me) trying to overlay some ethics from a bygone era onto a new generation? Alas, could be so. One thing for certain, there's no shortage of madness out there in this crazy old world.
So now, it's the madness of cramming ear plugs into my ears to try and block out the insane noise making machinery as i try to get some sleep before yet another days (nights in my case) labors. La dee da.

Finally getting around to launching this "madness of .." blog...
It's December, and that's maddening enough for some.
I'm currently experiencing the madness of construction noise next door which has been going on for nine months now. I work nights, sleep days. IT"S MADDENING!! No sleep is the madness of for me.
